Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is a Canadian actor best known for the fantasy television series Shadowhunters on Freeform in addition to Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' te Enamores. Emeraude Toubia is also an accomplished model and dancer. Her home is in Montreal however, she grew up and studied in Texas. Her passion for dancing has been in her since she was a child. When she was a young girl she started to train in different forms of dancing. When she was 15, she competed in beauty competitions. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia became famous during 2008 after she was a part of the second season of the Univision beauty pageant show Nuestra Belleza Latina. Her acting debut came in the year 2010, playing a receptionist in the Telemundo telenovela Aurora. The actress starred in Tattooed Love (2015), an action movie.
