Winona-Ryder

Winona Laura Horowitz, professionally referred to as Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. Her name was chosen by her parents after the town in which she grew as a child. Michel Horowitz is her father and Cynthia Palmer is her mother. Ryder believes she is Jewish has a connection to Ryder's Jewish father. She is the younger sister of Uria as well as two half siblings Jubal as well as Sunyata. Ryder moved with her family to Mendocino County California at the age of seven. They resided in an area without electricity. Ryder was a voracious reading book because there was no television. Ryder took acting classes when Ryder was 12, at the American Conservatory Theatre. Lucas, a 1986 film that she was in, was her debut major role. Ryder was just fifteen when she landed the role. Ryder was bullied at her high school. She hoped acting would bring about a change. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Still, she kept chasing her goals. Her breakthrough came with Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in 1988. Ryder continued to play successful roles in various films. He was nominated for two Academy Awards were nominated, one for The Age of Innocence (1996).
